What is it?

As simply put by RubiStar, "RubiStar is a tool to help the teacher who wants to use rubrics but does not have the time to develop them from scratch. While many teachers want to use rubrics or are experimenting with writing rubrics, they can be quite time-consuming to develop." Essentially, Rubistar is a tool that will do all of the formatting for you, you are just required to type in the information.

How can I integrate this in my classroom?

Simple! Use it to create your rubrics! In all seriousness, rubrics should be a mainstay in your assignment creation. Rubrics are an easy way to show your students exactly what you want from them, and exactly how they can receive full points for an assignment. This website makes it easy to create a rubric, and it is totally free, and who doesn't love free?!
